Mr. Kim has over 30 years of experience in public accounting providing tax compliance services and consulting for high net worth individuals, closely-held businesses and various organizations.

Since 1985, Mr. Kim has been been advising many Korean companies on investing and operating their businesses in the U.S. and Mexico. Among them are supporting companies of Samsung, Hyundai and LG, as Director of Korean Practices at Deloitte & Touche in San Diego.

Extensive experience consulting the hospitality industry, working with companies such as Shaner Hotel Group (State College, PA), GF Hotels (Philadelphia,PA), Hostmark Hospitality Group (Schuamberg, IL) and Packard Hospitality Group (San Diego, CA).

Preparatory education: MA degree in Accounting from Ball State University (Muncie, Indiana) and BA degree in Business Administration from Yonsei University (Seoul, Korea).
